About Us
Practical support for local families who need it most
At Baby Basics MK, we bring together local communities, businesses, and supporters to provide essential items for families with children aged 0–6. By reusing high-quality pre-loved items alongside new donations, we create carefully prepared gift packages filled with the things families need most.
We support some of the most vulnerable families across our community, working closely with midwives, health visitors, children’s centres, social workers, and other professionals to ensure help reaches families at the right time.
Our packages can include clothing, toys, toiletries, nappies, baby food and formula, as well as sleeping and feeding equipment — practical essentials that help parents care for their children with dignity and confidence.

If you're a professional working with a family in need, please submit a referral form and we will do our best to fulfil their needs.
We rely solely on donations so not all items may be available immediately.
Once your request has been submitted a member of our team will be in contact shortly.
Summer Opening
Please note that our warehouse will be operating reduced opening hours during the summer holiday period.
Week commencing 20 July
Our warehouse will be closed and our online referral system will also be closed.
28 July to 20 August
Our warehouse will be be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. During this period, the online referral system will remain open, however referrals will only be processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Week commencing 24 August
Our warehouse will be closed and the online referral system will also be closed.
Our normal opening hours and referral processing will resume from Tuesday 1 September 2026.
