Donate Your Items

We are very grateful for all donations, but we only like to accept items we are able to pass on. Due to health and safety regulations there are some items we are not allowed to pass on and we can only accept items that are in re-usable condition.



To minimise disposal costs to our charity, if items donated do not meet our requirements below, our team will kindly ask you take them away with you. 


Clothing and Shoes - Suitable for newborn to 6 years old

  • Excellent condition; free from stains, holes or tears
  • Unbranded school uniform can be accepted

We are unable to accept any clothing or shoes from 7 years and above. We recommend visiting the MK Storehouse website - this local charity accepts donations of older children and adult clothing.


Toiletries, Formula and Pre-made Food

These items must be un-opened and in date.

  • Toiletries suitable for babies and toddlers.
  • Toiletries suitable for mums - maternity towels, breast pads, shampoo, body wash, tooth brush and tooth paste, deodorant.
  • Sealed packs of nappies in all sizes.
  • Baby wipes.
  • Baby formula - we are unable to accept prescription formula.
  • Pre-made baby food.

Small Equipment We Can Accept:

All items need to be in full working order with all parts present, clean and free from stains.

  • Small/medium size children's toys and books suitable for ages 0-6 years.
  • Stairgates.
  • Child feeding equipment - plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, bibs, freezer tubs, breast feeding equipment, baby bottles.
  • Metal/plastic high chairs - harness needs to be in working order.
  • Baby baths.
  • Changing mats.
  • Baby bouncer chairs.
  • Water steriliser.
  • Play mats/ play gyms.
  • Towels - suitable for adults, babies and children.
  • Blankets - suitable for babies and children.
  • Bedding - All sizes; sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases.
  • Changing bags.
  • Toilet training equipment.

We are unable to accept:

  • Large toys including ride on toys.
  • Electric or microwave sterilisers.
  • Wooden highchairs/ Bumbos/ Booster seat for table.
  • Changing stations/ Baby bath stands.
  • Mattresses, unless they are new in sealed packaging.
  • Bottle warmers/ Nappy bins/Cot bumpers.
  • Teddies.



Large Equipment We Can Accept:

Sleeping equipment - cots, cotbeds and moses baskets

Donation requirement:

  • Free from mildew and mould.
  • In good condition; no parts can be broken, have been fixed by yourself or missing.
  • All screws/bolts present. 
  • Please donate cots/cotbeds dismantled.


We are unable to accept:

  • Cot or cotbeds with drop sides (drop side cots)
  • Single beds, swinging cribs, next-to-me cribs.
  • Mattresses unless brand new in packaging.
  • Cot topper changing stations.
  • Travel Cots

Pushchairs and pencil buggies

Donation requirement:

  • No older than 8 years old.
  • Free from mildew and mould.
  • Brakes work and wheels swivel (if they are meant to).
  • Harness is complete and in working order.
  • It folds and opens easily.
  • Carrycot base complete and not cracked (if applicable).


We are unable to accept car seats, infant carriers or isofix bases.

Please be aware we are unable to accept wardrobes, sets of draws, changing tables, nursing chairs.


If you are unsure if your item is suitable, please contact us to check as donating items which we are unable to pass on incurs us a charge to dispose of. All donations will be used for the sole purpose and aims of the charity.
